I met Ace and Catherine when we were interested in buying a place at Yishun. They were not our property agents then but we got on very well immediately as they were so easy to communicate with and super friendly. We can ‘click’ very well and they didn’t set an pressure on us which was so important. They helped us with all the necessary paper work when we decided we wanted the place. Anything that I was unsure about, they were willing to explain anything.

After a few months later, my mother decided to sell her flat since no one is staying there. Ace and Catherine was immediately in my mind when I needed to engage someone! It is them and no one else that we thought or chose. Since my mum mentioned she’s not in the hurry to sell, they didn’t put any pressure on it too. We finally sold my mum’s flat after about 8 months. I wish we can keep in contact as good people are hard to come by! 

If any of my relatives or friends need any agents, hands down it must be them!
